Launch Your Healthy Life is a lifestyle change program and platform. It can be self directed by following a simple step by step process, or can be facilitated by a wellness coach in group settings. These founding lifestyle principles are utilized throughout a large group of functional medicine practitioners and endorsed by many in western medicine as proven, effective, and sustainable.The book takes the participant on a journey to reset lifestyle habits to improve wellness outcomes. Typically the patient feels better with less body aches and pains very quickly.
